A hydrologist and hydrogeologist by training, Archibald has developed water, energy and climate-resilience projects across Pacific island territories since 2003. He founded and leads OASIS Alliance, working across the full project cycle: needs assessment, technical design, business structuring, funding, delivery and maintenance.Hydrologue et hydrogéologue de formation, Archibald développe depuis 2003 des projets d'eau, d'énergie et de résilience climatique à travers les territoires insulaires du Pacifique. Il a fondé et dirige OASIS Alliance, intervenant sur tout le cycle du projet : diagnostic, conception technique, structuration, financement, déploiement et maintenance.

An environmental engineer with a Master's degree, Stéphanie has worked in New Caledonia since 2003 on mining, hydraulic, regulatory and rehabilitation projects. She brings particular depth in mining environment, water management, watercourse restoration, operating-permit files and works supervision.Ingénieure environnement titulaire d'un Master, Stéphanie travaille en Nouvelle-Calédonie depuis 2003 sur des projets miniers, hydrauliques, réglementaires et de réhabilitation. Elle a développé une expertise pointue en environnement minier, gestion des eaux, restauration de cours d'eau, dossiers d'autorisation d'exploiter et suivi de chantier.
Her strength is to carry a project from the regulatory study right through to supervising the works on site, combining technical analysis, field knowledge and operational delivery.Sa force : accompagner un projet de l'étude réglementaire jusqu'au suivi des travaux, en conjuguant analyse technique, connaissance du terrain et conduite opérationnelle.
Archibald Kissling also serves as Honorary Consul of Switzerland in New Caledonia, a voluntary mandate held independently of his professional activity. It reflects a long-standing commitment to the ties between Switzerland and the Pacific.Archibald Kissling est par ailleurs Consul honoraire de Suisse en Nouvelle-Calédonie. Ce mandat bénévole, exercé indépendamment de son activité professionnelle, témoigne d'un engagement ancien en faveur des liens entre la Suisse et le Pacifique.
